Our Impact
The construction industry as a whole has a huge impact on the environment with 52% of the energy consumption within the UK directly attributable to buildings. A further 10% is attributable to the transport and manufacture of building materials. We have the opportunity to be at the forefront of reducing the impact that our work has on the environment and with the help of you, our clients, the BRE (Building Research Establishment) and Local Authorities we can make a difference before it's too late.
Jamie is our Ecohomes Assessor within the office. His knowledge and expertise in this area, combined with his qualification as an architect gives him an invaluable understanding of how it is possible to design and build environmentally aware buildings.
