We believe that physical modelling is an essential element of the design process. We are, afterall, designers of three dimensional volumes and spaces therefore to be able to visualise these as we work gives us a real sense of the expected outcome.
Most of our projects are explored through development models which are produced quickly, and in tandem with development sketches and drawings. Often these models form the main focus of any internal reviews we have within the office and are also a key tool when presenting our early ideas to clients, planners and other members of the design team.
